First relax yourself from any previous disturbance, concentrate on present situation which is important, There might be ups and downs in life don't lose hope, be confident and positive. Be organise yourself, plan your activities, mainly have nutritious food( veg/ fruits), followed with good sleep and exercise will help you relax both physically and mentally.
