How to check fetal heart rate at home week by week

I am 5th month pregnant now. I am 26 years old. Last scan showed all normal. But I would like to hear the fetal heart beat at home and track the heart beat rate week by week. How do I do that? Are there any instruments required for it? Will just using stethosope be enough?

It is difficult with normal equipments. It is not needed also according to me. Check for fetal movements. That is fine. For more info contact obstetrician as I am pediatrician I can't give more info.
