I m taking normal diet daily and I'm exercising two hrs a day and I'm not getting my muscles improved Any special diet to increase the size and strength of my muscles

write me since how long you are exercising? are you suffering or suffered in the past of any chronic disease.  Take high protein diet like pulses, soya, gram, razma, peas etc.
