How often we should get intimate for conceving every month?Currently we are trying every alternate day starting from day 8 to day 22. My period cycle is usually 27-29 days longer. Also if we try frequently is there any effect on sperm quality?

This is the correct time to get intimate to try to conceive. This doesn't affect sperm quality. If you don't  conceive in 6 months more investigations are needed.
