How much rest needed after cercelage

Hi doctor, Did preventive cercelage at 14 weeks 3 days.. tht time cervical length was 3cms. Due to last pregnancy ended up with pregnancy loss at 15 weeks planned cercelage this time.. it's been 3 weeks now. Was in bed rest.. only waking up for washroom n food. Still i need to continue bed rest? Or shall I continue my wfh.. as I am working from home need your suggestions. Having no symptoms of discharge. In progesterone tablet too n injection weekly .

Generally we give 2 to 3 weeks rest....but each pregnancy is different....so your primary doctor can guide you better in this respect.
