Masturbation in moderation before marriage is a healthy practice for a boy of 23 yrs before marriage. That much of masturbation which will not hamper yiur daily routine, education or job is okay. Also masturbation compromising on quality of erections and timing of ejaculation is bad. Let's say 3 times a week may be good enough for tour age.
