most commonly fissure occur at 6 o clock but in females fissure can also occur at 11 o clock as described in books and literature but as u are saying u had one at 3 o clock so is this your finding or you have get checked by a surgeon proctologist? kindly get urself examined by a surgeon proctologist or you can consult online with me for treatment at home
