Hello. I understand your concern. Typhoid fever generally comes down by 10-12 days. But it may extend till 18-20 days in certain situations. Zenflox twice daily is a good initial drug. But it fails to control the fever and infection, a Blood culture will be required to see the antibiotic sensitivity pattern, and antibiotic need to be altered accordingly. Continue close follow up with your present doctor, regular monitoring of blood leucocyte counts.
