I heve antrochonal polyp so my one side of nose is partially block.I will have operation after some month because of my running study.So how long i can use saline sprey 2 times daily like "nasomist"long term use have side effects???

Rebound cases which occurs due to overuse of nasal (sympathomimetic) decongestants. Withdrawal symptoms aggrevates after stoppage of nasal spray in long term usage . consult ENT specialist regarding this .
