Hello, Yes you can take Femara however you need proper monitoring during the treatment and also what was the reason for you not conceiving after each cycle. So that we can correct it during subsequent cycle. Also one can undergo upto 6 cycles of Femara for good results but after that there needs to re-evaluation and change plan of management. So speak to your Gynecologist to understand it.
