How genuine is Neuro problem

I am having shoulder pain since many months (7-8 month) for which treatment was on along with that I am having oestoartherities issue to and finger wrist pain and recently I show swelling too on my hand after performing household work so I had check with online ortho of practo which he advice few medicine and suggedted to take xray which due to lockdown delaying meanwhile he said it may be cervical spondylitis and symtoms also seems the same coz I have sever pain on upper portion of spinal cord. Even he said nerves were compress and same was told my one ortho where he advice to undergo one operation for which I don't know the exact reason coz NCV reports was nornal except mentioned can go as per clinical.advice. my nerves seems week it seems coz movement of my left side is very weak and got swelling n pain too. Please advice what to chek and to whom. I am high BP patient.

Since NCV is normal , it us unlikely cervical. However this is not always true. Consult an orthopedician first to rule out shoulder problem

Your Symptoms seem to be more like Cervical Spondylosis. Other possibilities will include RA and less likely carpel tunnel syndrome for which we need a detailed clinical history. If your Symptoms are not relived with rest, physio and medications you will require an MRI of the cervical spine. Avoid lifting weight, driving, rigorous neck movements.
