Am on a medical treatment ..doctor has told me I shouldn't get fever or throat infection ..how can I prevent from getting a fever or throat infection

Have warm water for intake at regular intervals. Take bath in hot water with 10 ml of disinfectant solution. Don't have foods or water from outside .
