How can I fix these small bumps

I'm a 16yo male...since many days I have these bumps on my face...they don't seemed to go by themselves ,so I used to squeeze them out which also lead to skin scarring and dark spots...they don't also seem like pimples...please tell how I can get rid of them. Thank you❤
