I am 33 years old. I am married for past one year. My periods are regular however they last for 2-3 days each month. I couldn't conceive in one year. my weight is 55 kg. Kindly tell me any medicine so that I can conceive as soon as possible.

If you have been trying for one year and not been able to conceive you and your husband definitely need to consult a specialist for assessment to see if there any problems leading to fertility issues and take it from there. Since you are 33 years assessing ovarian reserve or egg number is also important as many women have low egg number once they cross 30 years and that also impair fertility
