I am 31 years old suffering from asthma since my childhood,asthma triggers very rarely so I am not using any medicine regularly but since few months it's troubling a lot. using inhaler keep that in control? Do we have any side effects?

Sir / Madam, Asthma has to be managed at different times as per symptom frequency and severity. Usually inhalers are much less threatening  ( with respect to side effects ) than the asthma itself. Control will be difficult to achieve without consulting a doctor. There are several medicines that can be used but their use depends on disease severity. Please see a doctor.
