Dear Sir, My both the hand palm and leg bottom is always hot and i think this is not normal i really feel it so please suggest me what to do and why it seems very hot

Syp Chandanasava 2 tsf with equal amount of water after food 2 times daily Chandraprava Vati 1 tab 3 times daily after food
