Baby tends to appear warm sometimes. U need to check temperature with thermometer always. Above 99.5 f is fever....Also use plain paracetamol. Consult Ur dr if he is irritable /less activein between fever.

Sir i would suggest to check the oral temperature with mercury thermometer.if it is 100 or above this indicates ur baby has fever.then for low fevers use only plain paracetamol 6thhrly if needed. Also look for dullness not taking feeds not passing urine properly fast breathing any other abnormal signs.if so consult a pediatrician immediately.
