3 days aches and pains in shoulder, sweet at nite,hot flash , very tired to sleep at 8 instead of 10, cant sleep 2 or 3 ,very hot.just bturned 46 yesterday, male, quit dipping a week a go, been dipping since i was 12

You're having withdrawal symptoms. If you're finding difficulty in withdrawal as such I would advise you to meet a psychiatrist who will help you control the symptoms and help you overcome the habit of dipping.
