Horse shoe kidney nd 3mm stone over right side causing severe pain in lower abdomen nd right side of stomach.pain in ureter also

Hello....... Even though size of stone is small ,stone may not flush out in its own , if stone is present in pelvis of kidney... due to the shape of kidney.. you get an ultrasound to locate position.. .. Since its special condition should be managed carefully,. Consult urologist.....
