So I got my parathyroid hormone test today and its 64 pg/ml which is just near borderline (10-65) My calcium levels have been May 2019- 11.2 November 2019- 10.2 May 2020- 9.8 June 2020- 9.9 July 2020- 9.5 Vitamin D reduced from 30 to 11 So what shud i do? Do I have parathyroid disease? My calcium levels are falling as time is passing. Surgery needed for para??

You don’t have primary hyperparathyroidism. Need to treat low Vitamin D. No indication for surgery at the moment
