My sister married 15 year's ago now she have kids too. Her age now is 35 . After a long time now milk discharges through her breasts . she is facing irregular periods sometimes. For any silly reasons even She got angry easily at anytime , her mood can change easily . she is not getting sleep often . she have migraine headache too. Can you please suggest about treatment .

Please check recent thyroid levels As that may cause irregular periods. Also if a patient has pcos issues there would be irregular periods.
