U take plenty of vegetables,fruits,and greengram sprouts raw. Everyday.
Include millets in place of rice.
Walk,exercise,yoga for an hour everyday.
Avoid fastfood,bakeryfood,spicy oily foods,.
Take ashvagandha rasayana two tsf twice a day ,it will nourish,and boost ur immunity ,give strength,vigour and vitality.
