Hi. Everyone goes through this dip in life. Existential crisis is one of the major concerns with our generation and we happen to question a lot of 'who we are'. Sounds scary but the good news is that, experts are there to help you get back onto your feet and figure yourself out.
Next Steps
Get in touch with my organisation or any counselor or a psychologist near you and they will help you figure things out.
Health Tips
Don't feel bad about what you are feeling, everyone goes through this. I feel great that you are acknowledging it and trying to find a solution for it. If you don't want to go to a counselor (which I feel you should), you can read a few self-help books and maybe figure out the next step. (Become What You Are by Alan Watts; The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown and so on). Good Luck !

The more you are going to seek approval and appreciation from others, the more you are going to get struck with those feel gs about yourself.. I suggest you to consult a psychologist for a better clarity.
