Brahma rasayan is good for physical & mental health whereas Brahmi is good brain tonic & also helps as an anti anxiety medicine.
Brahma rasayan also contains brahmi in good quantity so better to take one at a time either Brahma rasayan or Brahmi.
As per my suggestion you should give your full case taking because you are already suffering from many diseases so only Brahma rasayan or Brahmi doesn't work wholely.
You need to cure the cause of disease not the disease.
