Home pregnancy test + with flu & cough

Last week I did a home pregnancy test and it's positive. I have flu and cough from past 3-4 days and I decided bot to take any medication. I drink warm water most of the times and I do steaming in the morning but I still don't seem to feel better. Could you please recommend how to take care of myself and how to cure my dlu and cough
