I have completed 15 days in home isolation ,My covid report came negative last week ,but my wife is positive ,I want to know that we both are living in different room, using differ utensils and all things , I want to know there is possibility to come positive again  if talking with each other using utensils

Continue wearing mask and maintain distance from her as you can still get reinfection. Isolate your wife till she has crossed 14 days from testing positive. In case wife develops symptoms,  consult online.

Now studies have shown one can get COVID a second time too. Give importance to basic sanitation, personal care and personal protection. Try to use N95 masks. If u do these things less chance of getting COVID. Take care of wife with these personal protective measures

Mask up, hand washing regularly, maintain social distancing,avoid cold food items, regular betadine gargle 3times daily , lung exersise,yoga, monitor pulse temp and spo2 level every 2hrs, take steam and kadha 3times daily , stop all medication if any allergic reaction occur

Yeah u have good chances of getting positive,but dont worry keep isolated for 7days and consult in practo and eat normally
