Since yesterday ,I have not been able to speak a sentence because of Hoarseness and my throat is also dried when i try to speak . What is the problem of it , should i take Laryngoscopy.

Do not do any gargles ..because problem may be due to vocal cord issues ..ENT consultation is must..there after doctor may advise you for laryngoscopy as per symptoms
