Hello dr . Iwas diagnosed positive with hlab27 but after the medications of 3 week . i went for another test and then it came negative . is it possible ? do i really have hlab27 disease ? Please elaborate Thank you

Its a genetic test which cannot change in 2 weeks. It stays same life long. It might be that the second test was done by different method such as flow cytometery which may miss it.
