Suddenly for two or three days I have noticed some skin inflation all over my body.i have attached the screenshot.i have neither have any drug allergy or food allergy. From yesterday onwards I have fever around 99-100. I have taken Allegra 120 , parasafe for fever.kindly suggest whether I have to undergo covid test since fever is there for two days.
