HIV test - conclusive or not

Hi Doctors, I have tested the HIV 1 RNA Qualitative PCR after 32 days of exposure, which is negative. Again at 53 days I have asked the lab to perform the HIV combo test but in the report it says HIV 1 & 2 antibody test, (Method - chemiluminescent) with a value 0.31. I was confused with the name of the test (HIV 1&2 antibody). Is this Chemiluminescent a 4th generation test? Will my tests be conclusive?

The lab has made fool of you, in combo test they should have tested both HIV-1 P24 antigen and antibodies against HIV-1 & 2 envelope Glycoprotein. The report should also mention reactive or non-reactive as it is a qualitative test not quantitative. Yes, chemiluminescence is a 4th generation test. Your tests are in-conclusive.
Next Steps
Repeat the test at some reputed lab mentioning them explicitly that i want both HIV antigen and antibody qualitative testing.
