I had unproducted oral sex, during the exposure I had a teeth cavity but not bleeding or no active blood . After the exposure I took 4th gen test at 48, 72,78,90th day, 54th day HIV-1 RNA PCR,72nd day HIV-2 RNA PCR all negative. Syphilis also negative.I have white coated tongue for 3 months?Do I need any follow up test?
