I went to emergency dept in govt hospital there was some bloody cotton lying on the floor and i fear i might have stepped on it. I was wearing socks and slippers and my slippers had a hole in it . So any risk of hiv i dont have any bleeding wound in feets , i have attached the photo .

In second pic it's a corn. In  first nothing. Step in cotton swab as a doctor is very common, this is not at all the route of transmission for hiv.

Dont worry about this thing.as a medicos there is alway a minor risk of getting hiv infection in any blood related procedure.
