Hello sir on 25 jan2025 I visited a dentist clinic for wisdom teeth pain and he scaling blood come in gum sir I am in tension that I don't know doctor use Sterilised instruments or not .... I have lot of fear of hiv . Infection after that i have stomach infection since one month my gut health disturb I have done 4th gen hiv test HIV Ag/Ab after 23 days it's come negative sir it's ok or should I retest after 42 days

I don’t think dentist would have used unsterilised instruments. So don’t worry. In any case, if there is a doubt, I would recommend the test on 45th day of exposure.
