HiV Anxiety

I have tested for Hiv after 6years of possible exposure and it is non reactive. Although i was using corticosteroid nasal spray to treat allergic rhinitis for a continuous period of 5months. I read that steroids cause immunosuppression and reduce the HIV antibodies so that it cannot be detected by HIV antibody test and cause a false negative. But after consulting many doctors, everyone suggested not to worry as topical steroid sprays don't affect hiv test. I am always very afraid of HIV and keep on thinking about it all the time. I cannot concentrate on any other things. It has taken a toll in my mental health. How can I get rid of this?
