I did an hiv test 4 months before it came back negative since then i did not had any exposure .But i am having problem with my stomach,i remain constipated ,then diarrhea stomach pain and i have a thin white coated tongue which is not thrush ruled out by dentists oral med specialists and ent specialist. I think i have bad becteria over growth in my Gut .Coz i have taken many doses of antibiotics in last 8 months . I consulted gasteroentrologist they say it looks like IBS . how does HIV effects your Digestive system . last potential exposure was 8 months before .
