While doing exercise in gym in this morning , hit back side of head . No blood but pain was there. was thinking whether I should got for ct scan or not.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. If there is just slight pain and swelling, then there is no need for any ct scan. You can relax and take few oral analgesics and anti inflammatory medications for the pain. But if you have any symptoms of vomiting, unconsciousness then you might require MRI scan to look for any subdural haematoma. However firstly consult a general surgeon. They will examine you once and then advice accordingly.
