Hit by a ball in the testicle

I was hit by a rubber ball when i was 15 years old. Now my age is 24. I feel no pain till now afer that but i can see the size difference in both the testicles. I can erect and i can ejaculate normally with no pain. But i am worried whether i am affected with the cancer or whether i can have children.
