Hello my bone marrow aspiration is normal as per Doctor..when I look to the report it mentions many reactive lymphocytes seen..and there is mild histiocytes noted.. Is this alarming or any further investiion is required as I have multiple symptoms of weigh loss and rare infection earlier Currently I have left groin and scortum pain past 2 months and the pain is increasing...but doc said nothing alarming in the usg . Kindly look to my bone marrow report

Reactive lymphocytes suggestive of marrow response to infection or inflammation. Otherwise marrow is normal not suggestive of malignancy.
