Please drop into my clinic for a detailed ENT examination. You may have developed a small perforation on your eardrum which has caused this persistant tinnitus(perceived hissing/high pitched ringing sound)

You should get an audiometry done to see the damage the cracker blast has done to your ears. Consult a good ENT specialist for the remedy. Point of caution, do not use ear drop, oil or anything in the ears.
