He is just 1 and half year and his right eye is facing issue..there is water coming from his right eye from past 2 week like, he has watery eye. Is it serious?. M really worried for him, what should I do?

Please do the lacrimal massage by putting finger on nasal corner of eye and rub gently. Also put some antibiotic eye eg moxicip 5to 6times a day.
