Hip pain reason and solution
I have pain near right hip often.what is the reason and how overcome this? Which food I have to take .can it be because of kidney problem
No dear kidney problems are not the reason for pain near right hip.
Correct diagnosis can be only made after proper history and investigation only. Till then you can take golden milk i.e. haridra with lukewarm milk.
Take rest, do sitz bath.
Avoid eating oily, spicy , junk food.
