10 yrs back I was having severe hip joint pain .. I was admitted to hospital .but by medication it was cured . Now 6 Months before I started doing exercises ( crunches , squats, lounges ,leg raise , plank , Surya namaskar ) but after 1 month I felt the same hip joint pain .then I stopped and did hot water therapy . But now I want to do exercise , as I want to reduce my belly fat and lower body fat . So I just need suggestion from physiotherapist that what exercises I can do .
