Is it true that even 3 doses of prep give enough protection for future bite within 3 months and boosters are just for maximum protection i mean to say that 3 doses already  make risk very low if bite on foot not on high risk areas like head face neck

No, though it's a good measure to take 3 Pre bite dosesof ARV, it's always advised to go for full 5 doses of ARV schedule.
