What is sitting and sleeping position on bed when bleeding in early pregnancy? Please advise.

Though there is no specific sleeping position to prevent bleeding, head low that is legs a bit elevated is adviced if possible to negate the effect of gravity. However bed rest in any comfortable position is more important.
