How frequently were you taking D3 60000, ie weekly or monthly? Your calcium are at high end of normal, and vitamin D is high, likely due to ingesting high dose vitamin D3 for a long time. Some of your symptoms may be related to that. Would recommend avoiding any calcium supplements, multivitamins containing calcium and vitamin D and stop taking D3 if you are still taking. Also, some pills prescribed for gerd such as digene, gelusil can increase calcium levels, please avoid taking those. Take calcium rich foods such a milk, cheese, cottage in moderation.
Next Steps
Recheck calcium and vitamin D levels in 4 weeks after stopping above mentioned medicines to assess response.
