Hello Dr. My mom is having 7.3 cretnine. But physically she is not having any problem.. Her age is 67 and weight is 60 kg. She already took aurveda medicine and homeopathy medicine bit non of these help her to lower cretinine.

Get a ultrasound examination of the abdomen and pelvis, if it shows only smaller kidneys with increased echoes, then she has established chronic kidney disease, treatment is only renal replacement therapy either in the form of dialysis or renal transplant. Don't waste time with alternative treatments.
