Higher creatine and lower eGFR

Recent blood test shows creatinie is 0.88 and eGFR is 67. Is this problematic or normal ? Is the kidney ok ? Do I need to do additional test ? In addition to that, TSH is 7.27 while T3 is 97 and T4 is 6. Is this also normal ? Rest blood reports are within range except for the above.
