High tsh and hdl

I feel rapid heartbeat palpitation most of the time. I am on high bp meditation. So I did blood test. Today I got my blood test result. My total cholesterol is 146, hdl cholesterol is 34 which is showing high, and ldl is 83.4. also my tsh level is 4.4 which is showing high. please suggest me what should I do.

Well your all reports are normal, tsh levels depend upon labs but.0.5 to 5.5 is normal range so don't about that even.

Your total cholesterol is within normal limits and the increased HDL is okay. The TSH level of 4.4 is high and if T3 and T4 levels are reduced it is suggestive of hypothyroidism. I would advise you to meet an endocrinologist and get evaluated and start medications for thyroid.
