My age is 30 Testosterone total 90 ( lab ref 12- 59) DHEA S 416 but Abdomen ultrasound is normal Rest all hormones are fine Symptoms suddenly started progressive facial dullness, oiliness, darkness Irregular periods since last 3 years Sometimes, it becomes regular, sometimes gap of 2 3 months, sometimes less bleeding, sometimes again in normal flow What is the cause!? Is it hyperandrogenism ? Thank you
