High Temp and Heavy Shivers

My mom had mild fever for 2 days initially and experiencing High Temp and Heavy Shivers since last 2.days. subsides for 4 to 5 hrs post DOLO 650 and returns soon after. seems like Malaria but one test for Malaria parasite came out negative this morning. Could it be simply reporting error and makes sense to go for another round of test for Malaria or anything thay can be done quickly today, appreciate  some guidance since most doctors are not available today being Sunday. Tx

Continue giving paracetamol every 6 hours... tepid sponging if temperature is very high... keep the patient hydrated by giving plenty of water... Do complete hemogram, widal test and also dengue test
